Monthly Occupancy Fee

The monthly occupancy fee covers costs such as: all exterior cleaning and maintenance, common area utilities (exterior lighting, lawn watering etc.) management and administrative costs, insurance on buildings, replacement reserve fund for future replacement of capital items. These fees are payable monthly once you take possession of your unit. Monthly Occupancy Fees range depending upon the size of your garden home.
