Aldersgate Apartments is an ideal option for those looking for independent living and who enjoy the freedom of rental accommodation. Many of our apartments have been newly renovated and include a variety of spacious one or two bedroom layouts, each featuring a full kitchen with pantry, convenient storage closet, private balcony or patio, 4-piece bathroom with grab bars and secure entry phone system for your safety.
Aldersgate Apartments is a non-smoking facility for adults aged 65+. There is currently a 5 year waiting list for our one bedroom apartments and a 6-7 year waiting list for our two bedroom apartments. Plan ahead and submit your application today!
After completing your application you will receive an acknowledgment letter in the mail from Aldersgate Village confirming the addition of your name(s) to the Aldersgate Apartments waiting list.

Aldersgate Village also offers a percentage of our apartments with rent geared to your income in partnership with Hastings County Housing. The Hastings County Housing Services office also administers the Social Housing Registry. This list provides one centralized waiting list for social housing in Hastings County. If you feel you may qualify for a rent geared-to-income apartment, please download the common application form here.
