Community Care
Community Care for South Hastings has a Meals on Wheels program where they will deliver healthy meals to your door on a weekly basis. This is helpful if you have difficulty grocery shopping and making meals for yourself. Community Care also provides many other resources such as transportation to appointments and stroke support.
